Payments

Full payment must be paid before the forum; registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Accommodation
Each delegate is responsible for their own accommodation arrangements (making reservations, negotiating rates and making payments). However, for any help you may require, please contact the event managers.

Substitutions and Registration cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person as a substitute 4 weeks before the events; if substitution is not possible then cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Zambia Water Forum and Exhibition Steering Committee, 50% of the paid amount will be forfeited upon confirmation of cancellation.

Insurance
It responsibility of delegates ensure the safety of personal property, ZAWAFE will not be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
